Q: What are the Covid safety practices like here?
The whole crew is wearing masks, and we are sanitizing all public counters and registers regularly throughout the day. Social distancing is being practiced throughout the shop. Also, feel free to order on our website and select “in store pickup” to keep the wait times down!

We shopped at the Alaska Mint on Saturday the 27th of July. Kim and Chris helped us. We ended up buying a necklace for me and a ring for my husband. They were both so sweet to us. It was an enjoyable time. Thank you for helping us buy some beautiful piece. I got so many compliments on my necklace on ship. My hubby’s ring came in less than a week. Go there if you are ever in Anchorage. I hope to go back some day.

What an interesting and fun place to visit. Gunnar was of great help and great to talk to. They mint their own coins and medals in copper, brass, aluminum and silver on site. A walk back in time to see some of their estate items. Or just to pass time and learn more about the area. You should stop by as this is an Anchorage original, not to be missed. I’ll be back on my next stay and thanks again for the warm welcome and excellent service.
