They were very accommodating, if you're looking for a job that won't use you up by the time you're 40, apply here. They're decent people.

Easiest job I’ve ever worked, low stress job and lots of flexibility, a good place to gain work experience

Me and my wife worked at Jen-Ter years ago I was the foil cutter and my wife was working with the foil and sticking it together it was one of the best places we ever worked. Wish we were still there. Is Sarah still there? She worked in HR.

JenTer has a great working environment. By working with the owners I realized that they truly care for their employees. Safety is one of their biggest values. JenTer offers Youth Apprenticeships for students and it is a great way to get involved with the school. While working on the plant, I think it is very important to be trained properly! I think that by being trained properly employees will have better time management skill.

The owners truly care about their employees and allow for flexibility in the employees' schedules. It is a clean and comfortable manufacturing environment, climate controlled, not very noisy, and no assembly lines. There are opportunities for learning different job tasks for those who apply themselves and want to cross-train. Promotions are offered within the company, and there are good benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401K).
