Yes floods are common in San Marcos. 7 times out of ten what ever house you move in will have some kind of standing water around it.

My friends that live there pay around $600 each and there's 4 of them in one apartment. Hope that helps.

My daughter has lived here for 3 yrs since moving out of the dorms and has had a great experience all around with the staff, her apartment and her neighbors. Thankful the complex is on the shuttle route, too, to avoid paying those hefty parking permit fees that don’t even guarantee a spot.

I’ve lived here for a total of 4 years, staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Never really had any complaints, the location of the complex is so nice, you’re close to everything. Also just a walk away from the river.

Michael from maintenance came through with excellent service. I got locked out of my apartment, because the dead bolt on the front door was locked by my roommate. He climbed onto our balcony to unlock the back door, since we’re on the 2nd floor, and was able to unlock the front door for me. All of this was much appreciated, especially since it was at 2:30AM
